I’m not really sure where to start but I’ve NC as I’ve posted on here before about work etc and don’t want it linked 😂 hope I don’t drip feed

I last had sex on the 8th June with my god awful ex (that’s another story) and we are now NC and have been for two weeks.

I had a 6 day bleed on the 14th June, 1 week after sex. It was lighter than usual but still dark red and filling about two pads a day. I have PCOS so my periods are irregular but usually at some point within a six week period of time. No idea when I ovulate. I also have the copper coil so you think it’d be impossible.

For the past two weeks I’ve been feeling not nauseous but so hungry! Can eat and eat and still feel that pang of hunger. Also pure tiredness, 5 hour naps (if you can call them that) falling asleep at my desk but also insomnia some nights.

I sort of felt a bit off but as I’d had a period and with the coil plus the PCOS, I brushed it off, however a friend has lent me a spare pregnant test she’s TTC and it’s a clear 2 lines dark pink on both tests. I don’t have any symptoms of ectopic but will go tomorrow and get checked anyways.

I can’t buy another one yet as it’s two days before payday but will as soon, but given the dates and not being totally naive- how did this happen given the conception dates, and why the long bleed afterwards?

I’ve also been taking pro plus (to stay awake) and orlistat (weight loss) to help with PCOS and I’m worried this will have effected the baby.

Sorry to drip feed just in shock :(

I'm sorry to hear about your situation - it sounds really complicated for you.
It sounds like you might be further along than you imagine and some women bleed in early pregnancy, which could have given you the illusion of a period.

Many women regret taking things before they knew they were pregnant so please don't worry about that. It's what you do from now on that counts. (I was dead worried about some antibiotics I was taking that are advised against in pregnancy, other women drink etc before realising they are pregnant. It's generally fine as long as you stop when you realise).
The wait for appointments is always hard but I hope you get reassuring news when you get yours.
