Badger Notes - what team to phone for help re movement reduction

I'm 24+2. I need to call someone for help/advice. I think there's been a reduction on baby's movements. He doesn't seem to be as strong the last few days

On Saturday out walking with the dog, I ran at the side of him. Fast. Just for a few seconds down a hill for fun and I felt a pain in my pubic region. I would describe it a bit like the symptoms of PGP. I actually think it's a pulled muscle on the right side of my pelvis but either way, not harmful to baby, right?
Dp says it's me thats injured (in bed sat-yest and still can't quite walk right) not baby but I've been quiet with him about the change because he is moving and kicking

I might be totally paranoid and could be stressing for nothing as it feels like a while since I last checked on him via US but I'm scared and I've got some anxiety and I think his kicks are lighter than usual.
Well, they are^^ lighter than usual but is that normal? He's been pretty consistent strength-wise up until now
I do get a flare up of anxiety every 4 weeks or so. I might be overreacting. I hope so

Is there anything I should be doing to test his movements just now? I'm scared to google...
Or just go straight for the phone?

Do I phone and speak to 'Maternity Assessment'?
And do I phone now or the morning? I don't know if mat units are always open for calls like this

Thank you in advance
.

And right there, he kicks me really hard that it moves my hand holding my phone

Leading me into thinking all ok but I should still phone shouldn't I?

I had a MC in Nov and just can't seem to trust everything is ok. I don't want to be this kind of paranoid mum so don't want to feed my anxiety wanting checked all the time. It's not healthy.

Didn't want to read and run, I've just checked my app and in the welcome section the first phone number on mine is for triage, that's who I've rung in previous pregnancy for reduced movements. I think they are 24/7 as it's the maternity unit at our big hospital so guess you should have access to similar? I remember at 24 weeks they were about meh about having me in, did the whole drink a cold drink and lie on your left, but they did relent and have me in for a go on the monitor, all fine.
So it's worth a call if you're not sure, always better to check, but to reassure you my DD certainly had days that felt quieter at that stage as they still have quite a bit of room to turn round and, for example, kick towards your back so you wouldn't feel it as much if you see what I mean?
So I'm not saying don't ring, quite the opposite, but while you're waiting I hope knowing that will help to reassure you.

@8dpwoah that really, really helps knowing . It's definitely put my mind at ease until the morning knowing you had similar quieter days - thank you.

Yes, I do know what you mean about being further in my back. I've thought this too so been on all fours etc to try and get him forward

I do think I'm maybe convincing myself there is something wrong so will give a call on the morning.
I'd hate to worry myself then phone a 9-5 number or something and be stressed until the morning. I'm feeling a bit calmer right now and he seems to be moving more so I'm hoping it's a good sign

Thank you for replying - you have helped Thanks
