You need to know what the risks are for your current job, then go through each one with the assessor and see if any changes are needed to the controls for them.
Don't forget that you will be tired, potentially sick, needing the toilet more, so how will those factors be accounted for

What is your job, we may be able to give you some ideas on the risks?

I'm going to dump my immediate thoughts here, hope they make sense!
Fatigue- is there an opportunity for rest breaks add you will be on your feet lots. Is there room for a chair out of the way for you to sit down on for 5 minutes when you need to (probably just for later on in pregnancy)

in kitchen there will be the heat, lifting heavy pots- so manual handling will get more difficult. Kitchens tend to be small, is your bump going to become an issue and potentially cause accidents with hot stuff

If you need to reach to serve people is your bump going to get in the way or touch customers making it awkward?
If you do any cleaning, is it okay to use the products?

Are you allowed to drink during service. If not usually can you have a water bottle some where to discreetly keep drinking.

If you get sickness triggered by certain foods in not sure how that would be handled

In that environment I think you should ask about a review date for the assessment every couple of months at first then every month as I'm guessing your biggest risk will be your baby bump getting in the way
