Would anomaly's be picked up before 20 week scan?

I'm just driving myself insane here.
I had bleeding weeks 16/17 so have been on progesterone since. Had a scan then, and another today at nearly 20 weeks with a consultant. My actual anomaly scan is next week.
Im just worrying about measurements- head is measuring a couple of days behind, femur is measuring more or less bang on for dates, but belly is a week ahead.
If they suspected anything was wrong would they be waiting for the anomaly scan to pick it up? Or would they have been picked up on these two non-routine scans I've had? My notes make reference to (a check for) pre term labour and small gestational age, which has made me panic also.
Do these measurements sound like I should be concerned?
If anyone would like to talk me down please crack on 😂

If they were concerned you would have seen a consultant and been offered extra scans, not just booked in for your standard 20 week anomaly scan.

@klangers I did see a consultant and she's booking me in for scans at 28, 32 and 36.

I would wait for your anomaly scan. Sonographers tend to get more accurate measurements than consultants (who have less scan training and most likely scan less regularly). Even if the waist measurement still measures ahead (above 95th febrile), they will monitor this with your other scans and do a test for gestational diabetes. Worst case scenario is a big baby (much less worrying than a small baby). They probably had a check through of baby but probably didn’t perform all of the checks (did you get a scan report explaining what was checked?)

You sound stressed. Call your midwife and ask. I had a referral to the obstetrician after my 12 week scan and wasn't told why, no one else I knew had had one. I was in a panic for over a week. Turns out they had a minor concern about my mental health (high risk of PND) but didn't want to put it on the letter because it was confidential. The fact that all my medical care is confidential seemed to be lost on them. I called my midwife, and asked. They were able to put my mind at rest.

Don't panic. You can see differ things on scan at different gestations. If they had seen something worrying they will tell you. If the numbers are slightly different to expected they will rescan. Often minor difference prove to be nothing at all - remember we are all individuals.

I moved under consultant care after the 12 week scan as they were concerned about the growth of DDs head, think 'Hey Arnold!' I had about 8 extra scan and was induced and they were still concerned. DD was born absolutely perfect and has had no growth or health issues. She's 11 and taller than me now and all that worry and concern feels a lifetime ago.

If there were specific concerns regarding physical anomalies they would have been raised at the scans. Especially today's scan at nearly 20 weeks. They would have told you what they were worried about and you'd have been reffered to fetal medicine already.
