This isn’t possible is it?…

It’s not possible to conceive on CD23 of a usually 28 day cycle, is it?

I’m a day late (which I know isn’t a big deal in itself), having cramps and I’m absolutely exhausted. Which could all be pms symptoms… but I’ve just noticed a white speck on my nipple (so sorry, tmi!) had a poke around and some milky substance appeared.

But, again, it’s not possible to conceive on cycle day 23, is it? …right?

It all depends when you ovulate. If you ovulated on CD23 you'd only be 6 days past ovulation so it'd be quite early to be having pregnancy symptoms. I'd wait five days and then take a test to find out.

Not sure if I’ve posted this in the right place actually… apologies if I’ve got it wrong!

See, I don’t actually track ovulation… I just assumed it would be around cd14 seeing as my cycles are usually 28 days. So there’s pretty much no chance of ovulation being around cd23 is there?

It’s definitely possible.
However, you’d only be 6 days past ovulation now, which I think is too early to be able to attribute any symptoms to pregnancy.

Only if it's normal for you to have a 5 day LP, which is so short that it's unhealthy.

I've never heard of lactation being an early pregnancy symptom? It's unlikely to ovulate around cd23 of 28 day cycle, and if you do it might be a problem to conceive because you need more than a week to implant usually. I'd suggest you go to the doctor if you're having lactation outside of pregnancy/giving birth. I wouldn't think it a good sign.

It’s possible but I agree with a PP, it’s too soon to be seeing symptoms and attributing them to pregnancy. Despite what TTC boards might have you think

If you were pregnant, wouldn’t it be more likely to be clear, like colostrum? Lactation outside pregnancy can be due to prolactin imbalance.

Thanks, you’ve all confirmed what I thought!

Leaky boobs was actually one of my first early symptoms during my second pregnancy - I think that’s what has put me on high alert!
