For easy removal you're talking about an infant carrier, these aren't normally swivel, but due to the popularity of the Cybex Cloud Z there have recently been four new ones released onto the market.
So you have the Cybex Cloud Z which is still very popular and a good option. It has a recline option when the seat is off the base which is good. Not totally lie flat (it can't replace a carrycot) but allows you to lie the baby a bit more flat if they are asleep in the seat or you want to use it on the buggy.
Then the newer ones:
Maxi Cosi Pebble 360 - this one has really good inserts for newborn, the Pebble series is one of the most popular and liked car seats over the last 10 years.
Maxi Cosi Coral 360 - this one has a hard shell which you can use on the base in the car, or put onto your pushchair but if you just want to carry the baby without using it on a pushchair, the internal part comes out and is much more lightweight - this is actually a really clever use of the swivel feature IMO!
Britax Baby-Safe i-size 3 - version of Britax's Baby-Safe series but made compatible with the more universal "Maxi Cosi style" pushchair adapters and a swivel base. These are brilliant seats as well. Can't beat Britax quality and they have an internal recline system which works differently to the Cybex one so you can actually use it in the car. There's also an option on the base to tilt it in order to counteract really sloping seats which can be a good feature.
Britax Baby-Safe i-Sense - same seat but with built in lights.
You also have the Recaro combination seats (salia elite or Zero.1 elite) which are worth looking at, these are big 0-4 years seats like the Joie Spin, but they come with a little click in/out infant carrier, so for the first 9 months or so you can carry the baby into the house in the carry portion if you prefer. Those infant carriers are a little bit smaller, much lighter, and a bit more complicated to attach to a pushchair, but certainly an option worth looking at. It used to be that the cost of the Recaro seats were offputting, but TBH they actually cost around the same amount as a lot of these infant carrier + spin base combinations so it is well worth investigating if you want the combination of longevity and convenience.
I will say if you go for an infant carrier, the spin is a bit gimmicky and not 100% needed, it adds a huge amount to the price as well. If you think you'll want to use the next stage seat on the same base then it's worth it to pick a base which can swivel. However it's worth being aware you'll be able to choose from a huge range of seats for the next stage which don't need a base, so in some ways the multi-seat base can be a bit gimmicky as well!
