BFP at 8dpo?

[LeighTTC2021]

Hi guys, I think I just got my first bfp this morning on fmu.
I have gone between convincing myself this would be my month to telling myself I'm being ridiculous and I couldn't possible be that lucky for it to happen on our 2nd month ttc..
Do you see it? Almost too scared to test again later in case it's wrong...

Fmu this morning.. nothing at all. Absolutely gutted how could it be positive yesterday and not today 😭

I really dont rate them tests! Theyve always been rubbish for me, i prefer supermarket own brand and clearblue definitely. I dont think ive ever seen a positive on them strips for myself! Im gunna go out and get some test this morning x

Thoughts on this?
I thought false positives were rare..

Could be chemical but still worth an FRER on 11dpo I'd say.

Have you taken a other bran test today to see?

So I was out for the day..
When I got home I did another cheapie, bfn however once I was sorting myself out after peeing I realised when wiping (sorry if tmi) that i have a pinky brown tinged blood (hardly anything and not on underwear yet just when wiping).. im a bit crampy but my period isn't due for another 6 days and I'm never early, definitely not 6 days early!
Could this be implantation bleeding?

It certainly sounds like it to me. Implantation is generally between 8 and 10 dpo! So maybe you were just testing too early? Hold off till 12dpo maybe? And try again! X

Thank you @Ttcbaby2sc I think I'm gonna try and hold off till Tuesday 25th at least.. my af is not due until 28th anyway..

Just got back after going out for a meal with friends and the bleeding seems to have stopped but I am having mild cramps..

I tested just now and got a bfn! At 10 dpo, so who knows! Af due 27th for me!
Im 30 on the 25th! Could it be a birthday present? Haha x

Update..
Tested 10dpo with Internet cheapie - negative
Still felt pregnant so didn't lose hope.. had one frer left and did it this morning on fmu..

Wooo! Congratulations! So happy for you, ive not ruled myself out just yet! But had 2 BFN's yesterday with clear blue early detection! I might take another later, or wait till tomorrow 🤔 x

What do the frer ones detect? Ive never used them i pick some up this morning. But then my fmu is out of the window now anyway x

Well i took an frer one and still a huge negative. Not even faint. So i think im definitely out. Its just so wierd the way im feeling! X
