What vitamins do you take

Hi all
I was just wondering what vitamins do are you taking in early pregnancy. At the moment I'm taking folic acid once a day but wondered what else to take of there is anything.

Also what fruits can you eat in pregnancy?

So I've looked in my local pharmacies and savers and can't find any vitamin d tablets. I've seen the multivitamin ones but can't take those as they have vitamin a in them.

Look in any big supermarket or boots/superdrug. They might be with the bone health stuff.

Have been using Pregnacare Plus (with Omega 3) throughout whole pregnancy, currently at week 28 and baby doing great

No hun I've only been taking folic acid

I get the combined folic acid and vitamin d from Holland and Barret.

Superdrug and Boots both stock vitamin D. As long as you have a healthy balanced diet you don't need anything other than that and folic acid. If you do want to take a multivitamin definitely don't waste your money on Pregnacare - a supermarket own brand is basically the same thing.

I used to take asda pregnancy multivitamins with omega 3.

With the multivitamins don't they have vitamin A in them?
