Nausea easing 7+3, feeling anxious

Just looking for some advice/ thoughts/ experiences really.

I got my bfp about three weeks ago. It was a very strong line and almost immediately I started suffering from quite intense nausea. It got really bad around 5 and a half weeks and up until yesterday I have been pretty much bed ridden , throwing up several times a day, finding almost all food disgusting, etc. I felt a bit nauseous this morning, but much better than I had been. Over the course of the day it’s really eased. This evening I was able to eat normally (including stuff that would previously make me sick) and I haven’t actually thrown up all day.

Instead of enjoying the reprieve I am now feeling totally paranoid that this is a bad sign.

I’ve previously had a MMC diagnose at the 12 week scan. At that time I had a sudden loss of my sickness at about the same time that my baby was dated as passing :(. I was totally traumatised by the experience, so pregnancy is now a very anxious time for me.

I guess I just want to hear from others about their experiences. Is it normal for sickness to ease so early on/ be suddenly much less one day than the day before...?

Hi @Bizawit this can be totally normal as your hormones rise and settle and then surge again. I tend to find that o have a rough few days then an ok one (when I worry too) and then a horrid day the next.

@Randomness12 thanks so much for your message ❤️. Good to hear this can be normal.
Sorry to hear you are anxious too. It’s such a vicious cycle isn’t it? Feeling so sick one minute, and then as soon as you feel better you start feeling anxious 🤦🏼‍♀️. Cant win!
Xx

Yes can be totally normal try not to worry they might come back not unheard of.

I had nothing when I was pregnant. I didn't think much about it at the time just thought I was one of the luckier ones not to have sickness! Grin.
