Will GP's prescribe anything for 24/7 nausea?

Hi 😊 I’m 8w 5d pregnant with my 3rd baby (7th pregnancy) and although my nausea was bad on my first two, on this one it’s literally 24/7 and it’s really, really bad - I’m not vomiting a whole lot, once or twice or day, but I’ve got 2 kids to look after and at the moment I really can’t do it, I can barely get out of bed!

Would GP’s give anything to treat severe nausea? I don’t know how I’m going to cope otherwise, I’ve tried so many home remedies

I’ve had 2 boys so wondering if I’m worse because it’s a little girl (maybe!) 😊

If your being sick they can provide you anti sickness tablets iv been on cyclizine since 9 weeks and im now 26. I was diagnosed with HG in hospital, but at my 22week midwife appt i was advised to stop taking the medication unless i absolutely needed it.

Mine prescribed cyclizine then stemetil for constant nausea.

I am always prescribed anti nausea meds for pregnancy as I get a rarer form of HG which is debilitating nausea for my entire pregnancy.
I had cyclzine for 2 pregnancies and had to move to odansatron in my last one due to liver issues. I took my medicine for the entire pregnancy and for a few weeks after and was better for it.

Definitely give GP a call and see what they can offer you, no point enduring the suffering if there’s something that’ll take the edge of. Also congratulations 💜

YES and if the first ones don't do it there are other options which can be taken instead or on combination.
