Has anyone been told they're having a big baby but given birth to one smaller than predicted?

I'm due baby number 3 in May. My previous babies were born on 16th & 3rd centiles. Im 4ft10 and was small myself when born.

I've had 2 growth scans so far by the same sonographer who has said my baby is on the 95th centile and I'm absolutely blown away.

I'm 33+1, but I don't feel particularly big, especially considering I have mild polyhydramnios too. My baby is apparently already weighing what one of my girls weighed at birth.

My belly feels completely average sized and I'm starting to wonder if they've misjudged or perhaps the extra fluid around my baby is giving inaccurate results.

Anyone had similar?

I’ve been estimated to have two children over 95th centile according to scans. Neither were even that close to 7lbs, let alone big, when born.

My first.
Every medical professional i came across ssid " oooh this is a big baby"

He came out a very average 8lb 8oz but looked more 7 lb! There was a lot of water though

I was told my middle child was measuring at 11'6. Yes, you read that correctly. He was 10lbs.

I have an 8 week old and was told she would be 9lb born, with a 98th centile head and tummy. The head bit was right but she came out a tiny 6lb and no idea why they thought she had a big tummy. I wouldn't pay a lot of attention to growth scans personally

I've had 4 big babies. Our 2nd was 4wk ahead on growth scans from 28wk and was 10lb 12oz at 40+5, natural unassisted birth.
3rd was a bit smaller on scans, came out 9lb 10oz at 40+2, easy unassisted birth.
Our twins were estimated at 5lb each at 32wk, born bang on 38wk at 8lb 5oz & 8lb 11oz, elcs as both breech.
Current was measuring average at anomaly scan but not guaranteed growth scans this time, we will see if she's like the others and on the larger side. Our eldest was an average 7lb 7oz at 39+6.

I had polyhydramnios with both the big singletons and the larger of the twins too.

I had a 9pound10 baby at 39 weeks by section my second was estimated bigger or around the same I was given a csection at 39 weeks to everyone's surprise he was only 8pound3 and went down to around 7pound12 which is pretty much average weight.
3rd baby is currently on the same charts as second baby so either my first was a fluke or it's a waiting game to see what happens.
All 3 times I've had hyperemesis, first I barely ate at all and was hospitalised a lot, second time I've managed it better ate more and had a smaller baby similarly again this time I've been able to eat more, so I've literally got no idea what caused my firstborns size.

My first baby was estimated on growth scans at my 40 week scan, estimated 9lb 3oz.
He was born 2 weeks later at 7lb 1.

My second was the opposite though. Estimated at 40 week scan at 7lb 5, born 6 days later at 11lb.
