32 weeks stomach pain

Hi, I'll be 32 weeks pregnant tomorrow with my first baby.

I have been having a fair bit of pain in my back/pelvis for a few weeks now but I've woken up this morning and have quite intense stomach pains.
The best way I can describe them is that kind of pain you've got when you hold in a pee you really need for hours, that ache type pain that goes across your full stomach. (I really hope that makes sense to someone)

I've had this since about 8am this morning when I got up continuously. I've also been feeling really nauseas and lightheaded. I've had bad nausea/vomiting the full pregnancy so that isn't really surprising but the lightheaded ness is new. I have tried having something to eat hoping that would help but I still have the intense stomach pains and just feel overall shaky and unwell.

Sorry that was quite long, does anyone have any idea what it could be? Should I be worried? I have an appointment with the midwife on Thursday, should I hold off until then or phone someone sooner?

Call maternity triage now.

It sounds like you need assessment today. Try not to worry but better safe than sorry. Any change in movements?

I think you should phone the hospital this morning and go in for an assessment.
I’m sure you’ll be fine but better to get it checked.

Could be a UTI

Thank you everyone, I've tried to phone the midwife and left a message so will see if she gets back to me and if not will phone maternity assessment.

@Annietheacrobat not really a change in movements, I felt him this morning before I got of bed, haven't felt much since but he quite often doesn't move around a lot again lunchtime then the evenings anyway so will keep an eye on them

Please phone maternity assessment. You may not hear back from your midwife for a while

I agree with PPs that you should call triage.

However, I've had this on and off from around 20 weeks and it had been PGP/SPD.
I was so worried with it and ended up getting checked out.

The pain went across the whole of the bottom of my bump and anytime I stood up, I couldnt even stand up straight

@Annietheacrobat I completely forgot it was a Saturday, my midwife did get back to me but told me she thought it sounded like it should be checked out so told me to phone the hospital.

That's me just got back from the hospital now, they checked me out and took bloods etc, had me on the monitor. All is looking well with the baby which is good! I've to go back in for an abdominal scan to check to make sure there's nothing wrong but she said it was likely down to PGP/SPD which I have been getting and discussed with midwife anyway, they've given me the number for physio
