Early Pregnancy feeling dreadful

Hello I am around 6/7 weeks pregnant. For the past 3 weeks I've had terrible cramps but no spotting/bleeding. I have had two early scans at 5 and then 6 weeks as they where concerned possibly ectopic. They confirmed it wasn't and all looking OK and they found a heartbeat. However the pains are still there but less intense but I still need a hot water bottle most of the time and it's so bad I now have a rash on my stomach from the hot water bottle. They just said it was normal and to take pain killers . Which I did but had to stop as caused migraines.

I am now suffering from migraines and just constantly nausea, struggling to eat as textures and smells make me vomit. Am not constantly vomiting and can keep food down but when I do eat unless its tiny amount otherwise I feel completely nausea and terrible acid reflux. Am so exhausted and light headed and feel like rubbish. I am working full time but really struggling at the moment. I know its meant to ease after 12 weeks but I don't know how am going to cope feeling like this for 6 more weeks. I've tried all kinds of remedies and nothing is helping. I am trying to get in contact with my GP and the midwife is away for a month so unable to talk to her.

Just feel completely miserable and constantly sick. I have pcos and suffer from migraines so am not sure if they are causing the symptoms of early pregnancy to be stronger. I don't really want to take time off work as what if I feel like this for 6 more weeks or more. However I am really struggling getting through my workday at the moment.

You're best asking your GP for some anti-sickness meds.
You may find that once you are able to eat and drink more normally it helps to reduce some of your other troublesome symptoms too. The 1st trimester is pretty awful but things do improve as you enter the 2nd trimester.
The aches unfortunately are unlikely to stop as everything continues to stretch with babys growth. I think you have to develop a tolerance to it in the long run if you don't want to rely on painkillers or heat.
