Skincare in Pregnancy?

Hi everyone!

I'm 4+3 weeks pregnant and curious what skincare I'm best using things like moisturiser, serum and cleansers.
I'm also partial to baths, I don't have them half as hot as I used to but I'm on the hunt for a friendly bubble bath too?

Thanks! X

Most bubble bath is fine.
Ideally you want to use products that have more natural ingredients as your skin will be more sensitive than usual. Not much you need to avoid these days though as most brands have moved away from using ingredients which are of risk.

Face theory have a whole pregnancy-safe routine. I have to say, between pregnancy and barely wearing make up all year due to lockdown etc, my skin has been in great condition. So I think the best thing you can do is avoid harsh products, allow your skin to breathe and embrace the glow 😊

@OliviaL9530 I use Sukin which is all natural and they state that all of their products are safe in pregnancy. I use their face wash, night cream, day cream and body lotion and get everything from Amazon x

I haven't changed my routine, still using AHAs and BHAs (safe/low doses) and I've had zero breakouts or pregnancy acne. Convinced it's because of that! I'm 27 weeks.

I’ve not changed my skincare routine either - includes a deep cleanse mask once a week and a low dose skin peel once a week too. Face scrub daily plus various moisturisers. No acne or skin issues here (21 wks now).
