Hi all,

I know this is the pregnancy board and I am sadly not pregnant but I thought I'd post to see if anyone on here could give me some positive stories.

I'm 14 months TTC and AF just arrived so going into cycle 15. I know there are people on here who have been trying far longer, but for those of you who have tried for a long time Im sure you'll understand that AF arriving is heartbreaking.

Late twenties, never been pregnant or had a hint of a BFP.

Tests say I ovulated last month. So I just can't get why it isn't happening. Im positive all month, I don't test due to the stress it caused me anymore. I have friends, family and a social media full or pregnancy and I just wonder why its still not me.

I actually can't imagine AF not coming. I try not to get my hopes up but I always do of course.
Can any of you on here who tried for over a year, especially if youd never been pregnant before, give me some positive stories of it just happening and cheer a tearful girl up.

Thankyou x

@Lovebug06 would love to know how you’re getting on…I need some hope

Hello,

Sorry I've only just seen these.

A few months after this we found out my DH had low sperm morphology. That came as a shock. I was then diagnosed with severe endometriosis a few months after that. I was devastated and totally gave up. Decided I had to move on and just see.

I was then pregnant. It was the biggest shock of my life. I have a baby girl.

So if you guys see my update, I hope it gives you some hope. I remember the upset and how awful it feels. I just read my post for the first time in a very long time and it all came back to me. I hope you get your positives soon xx

18 months to conceive my first, I was 27 when I eventually did. When I did conceive her I had told myself that I wouldn't get pregnant that month because I had a night of drinking planned when I new I would be ovulating. I actually think that took the pressure off because I wasn't really trying that month if that makes sense
