Hey,
I'm currently looking at the Tommie tippie bundle and the Dr Browns bundle.
Which is best??
I tried to breast feed my last baby and didn't produce enough milk so trying to think ahead this time ☺️

I’ve heard the Mam ones are the best:

It really depends on what baby likes lol some baby’s prefer the mam teats other baby’s like Tommee tippee, or Philips. In hospital with my son we were given NUK as they are really realistic to the nipple so he took that, then changed after 3 months over to tommee tippee as we tried him on it and he liked it. So I wouldn’t go spending a fortune on bottles until you can find a way until you know what baby likes xx

We got on well with the MAM ones but all babies are different. I picked up a 2 pack of the small MAM ones. First of all because I had hoped to breastfeed and didn't want to waste too much money and because I didn't know if he'd take to them.
When it became clear he was going to be exclusively FF I ordered a starter pack on Amazon.

I’d go for anti colic straight away.

I used TT the first time but hated them and switched to Dr Browns. Will be using DB again when DC2 arrives

I would recommend MAM, they are anti colic and both of my girls got on really well with them.

I second MAM

Goatsdorhone · 03/03/2021 19:57

I use Mam too - found it really handy that you can sterilise them in the microwave.

GemmeFatale · 03/03/2021 19:57

We had super cheap and cheerful in hospital for our premie. Pretty sure the brand was sterifeed, but we were told the most basic option was the one that worked for most babies and frankly it’s the least expensive to try

Chelyanne · 03/03/2021 20:30

I've gone with the mam ones this time.
Had tommee tippee with babies 2-5 and they were fine. Had avent with our 1st also fine.
The mam ones can be microwave sterilised without an additional unit which is handy. They have good reviews so will see how we get on.

DuvetCaterpillar · 03/03/2021 20:32

Another vote for the MAM self sterilising ones - the flatter nipple shape seemed to suit my daughter, and the midwife at the hospital said that was her experience too.

GreenSlide · 03/03/2021 20:34

I really liked Mam and I tried a few different types before giving them a go.

PlantingGreen · 03/03/2021 20:37

I use the mam bottles as well. If you sign up for the boots parenting club you can get a free small mam bottle.

UnsureOfNC · 03/03/2021 20:40

Tommee tippee were amazing with my first but my second would gag as soon as that teat was in her mouth! We swapped to MAM and she's been fine since
