Hi I im 28 weeks, I got an appointment for day assessment at 11pm tonight, I been feeling faint movement not as hard as it normally is and feels movement has slowed down and belly isnt as hard as normally is. I'm wondering what they will do while I'm there and how long it will take.

Your guess is as good as mine, but they may take bloods and do a ctg for a start?? At least check heartbeat. 28 weeks may be a little early for a ctg. but maybe not.

Why don't you wait and see!

Normally they will put you on the monitor for a bit and get you to drink some cold water.
And then they'll give you a button to press whenever you feel baby move.
And then once they're satisfied, that'll be it really

Obs, wee and ctg.
Why are they waiting til 11pm? Reduced movements should be seen immediately

Yes at mine they would test blood pressure, test urine and do a CTG, which measures the baby's heart beat and movements and uses some kind of algorithm to decide if the baby is in distress. It involves putting some sensors on your bump and then you lie there for about half an hour, there's also a button to press if you feel any movements. I'm sure they will look after you well. Best of luck.
