I’m so sorry, you have had a terrible time of it. I don’t know if this helps but even if you hadn’t ruptured, at the nhs if your other tube looks fine they just remove the affected tube as it can cause further issues/problems so please don’t think you could have done anything to change that outcome.
I was trying since July 2019 and had an ectopic in October 2020 and had my left tube removed (hadn’t ruptured), I was absolutely gutted. I struggled enough with two tubes and I was down to one!
Not all hope is lost, I fell pregnant a few cycles later and am 8 weeks now. There is also a thread on the conception board for being ttc after an ectopic and we’ve seen people fall pregnant on there.
A stat that helped me get through was that with a tube removed your conception is around 15% effected, not the 50% I would have thought. So eggs released from one ovary can drift over to the other tube and go down that way, it seems to all be much closer together than we see in the textbook pictures.
I am surprised they said no more clomid, do they mean for a few cycles for things to go back to normal? Are they putting you forward for other treatment? Is going private for medication an option at all?
Wishing you all the luck in the world and come say hi on the TTC after ectopic thread x
