I was told (by a GP no less, who doesn't work at the EPU or have anything to do with it) that my HCG was "low" at 13 dpo- it was at 180, which wasn't low at all, as pp said, it's about the doubling time. Weird thing was the GP wasn't even my regular GP and called me to tell me my 180 was low on the day after I got my 2nd draw done at the EPU, revealing that my HCG had gone up to 665. I guess the GP who originally referred me to the EPU had mentioned me to a colleague who followed up, albeit late.
26 weeks now! So far so good.
Fingers crossed you have a nice doubling time, as that's always the most important bit when it comes to HCG. One of the EPU nurses told me they like to see at least a 66% increase of HCG.
Don't compare my 665 at 15 dpo to your number- I implant early, BFP at 9 dpo, plus I had some bleeding which I have heard can cause HCG to jump quite a bit. Also my HCG at my 12 week screening was on the high side, I think this pregnancy is just a high HCG jobby (bloomin' nauseous all the time!)
I understand that feeling of fear that occurs between HCG draws, it's like being in a very intense two week wait, all crammed into 2 days!
