12 weeks scan girl or boy

I had my scan at 12 weeks 4 days , Was very surprised as sonographer said i think its a boy.. any guesses ? Can they really tell this early..

@Aysh88 I was told at 12 week I was having a boy I told her I thought it was a girl ... it was a girl
