Still no symptoms at 8 weeks - early scan?

I'm eight weeks' pregnant and am still essentially symptomless. I've had the odd, brief wave of nausea, but nothing else. With DS, by this stage I was as sick as a dog and exhausted; I spent almost all my time not at work in bed. I'm getting really worried.

I've been looking into private scans. I know that, even if a heartbeat is seen now, there is no guarantee that we'll make it to 12 weeks, but I'm really worried that I have already lost the baby and haven't realised. Can anyone give any advice or recommendations (for or against)?

Many thanks!

@numberthirtytwoWindsorGardens I thought the same which was why I mentioned it. I'm not sure if everyone will have this. I MC at 8 weeks but fetus was only measuring 1.2mm so more like 5 or 6. I'd basically stopped bleeding and then passed a clot about 4cm across which I understand was the sac with the baby in it - obviously the baby was too small to see. It didn't hurt or anything, it was just a shock and made it feel like I'd lost something instead of it just being like a heavy period. Good luck with everything. Hope you're feeling OK.

Thank you very much, @BlueberryPancake21. I'm really sorry for your losses.
