I feel tearful, emotional, fed up. I'm not bothered about still being pregnant I feel physically quite well but I just feel horrible emotionally.
Please tell me I'll wake up in a better mood tomorrow, is this my hormones??

Yep hormones sky rocket near the end. Some have said they felt that way just before Labour too. Just look after yourself have a nice bath watch a good soppy movie and have a good cry usually makes me feel better

Yep totally normal. I cried down the phone to our insurance company when renewing home insurance at 38+3. The poor woman on the phone didn't know what to do!

Have a comforting warm shower and a good old cry, then put your feet up with some chocolate (if you're allowed) and a cup of decaf. It will pass.

I'm 34 weeks with twins and at the hormonal emotional stage - I just want to cry all day - plus husband is on a healthy eating drive after bingeing at Xmas and is doing all the shopping so we have no treats in the house and it's really not helping me 😬

I hope it's hormones as I am nearly 38 and tearing up at almost anything. Then add on the fact we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have just found out that my toddler was exposed to COVID last week at nursery.

So I think we have to be nice to ourselves at the moment - couple of weeks to go!

Thanks all for the replies, sorry to hear some are feeling similar.
I've done nothing today but watched crap tv. Hope tomorrow will be a better day 😊
