32 weeks pregnant tomorrow! And my biggest fear is not having a healthy baby šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø I’m not sure why I have this fear like ughh I wish it would just stop honestly. .. I live with someone who smokes cigarettes so the smell just comes into the house no matter how much I try to avoid it and now it worries me. I’ve been around the smell of smoke from fire crackers tried to avoid it as much as possible and still the smell still just finds it’s way around. And from time to time I forget my prenatals ..Help meee😩

Unfortunately, I think this is natural and all part and parcel of having a baby that is your responsibility.
I found the anxiety much worse once baby was out in the world. The worry of SIDS, fevers, choking etc. can be quite overwhelming. So I would try to come up with coping strategies now. I found, with time, the anxiety does improve but never goes away.
A glass of wine in the evening can be quite therapeutic!
Wishing you a healthy pregnancy!

@Mommylovesme123
The smell wafting in is definitely not the same as breathing in secondary smoke from someone sitting in the same room as you.
We're all in the same boat - wanting a healthy baby and worrying in the process.
Unless your midwife has said you have cause for concern about measurements/notices something on a scan, then you're lucky and should run with that mentality. X

(Oh and the 'glass of wine' comment is for when after bubs is bornWink )
It's also worth saying that one of my DC does have health issues (severe eczema, carries an epipen for allergies etc) and you tend to get on with it as you have no choice. You have to be strong for them.

The advice when it comes to living with A smoker and having a baby is that they don't smoke in the house. Once they've finished smoking outside they have to change their shirt or whatever they were wearing before handling the baby (I know this as currently in a maternity hospital and just heard a midwife say it to someone as part of their discharge to go home advice). Also it's illegal to smoke in a car with a child present even if the windows are down
