I found that having warm, not hot, bath does help. Other than that, massages, reducing walking time, if on a day I go shopping, I rest the next to compensate, otherwise the pain is real! I also tried one of these bump belt, didn't find that it helped much...

I was told to do salsa dancing (no, really. Don't know if that's helpful tho!)

Sleeping with a pillow between my knees, sitting on harder chairs not the sofa, avoiding sitting on the floor, avoiding pushing supermarket trollies and the pushchair if your older one still uses it, keeping knees together as you turn over in bed or get out of the car. All of these things helped it not to flare up but the only thing that actually helped was physiotherapy - she pressed on different places on my hips and it was magically better for several weeks before I needed to go back. Not sure if this is available during Covid though.

Sorry to be negative. Nothing at all helped me it was grim.

Ice pack on the front and heat on the back momentarily helped a bit. Lots of rest. No vigorous exercise. Pillow between legs. Support belt for walking. See an osteopath if you can afford it

Pelvic partnership website.

Osteopath or chiropractor experienced in pregnancy (a list on pelvic partnership website, but there are others out there!).

I had it with all 3 pregnancies. I found crutches a god send. And some exercises like dangling one foot off the stairs

Obstetric physio was amazing for me, as a pp said she pressed on certain places around my pelvis and lower back (was a bit painful) and felt loads better.
Also you still need to do all the things recommended above for some time after you give birth until everything settles down again
