Pregnancy after miscarriage, the early days

I've been so fortunate to get pregnant again so quickly. Even before my next period started following my miscarriage.

I was hopeful we would get a BFP before Xmas but didn't really think about how I would maybe feel when I got there.

Every twinge, pain, every time I go to the loo, I'm terrified to see blood.

Has anyone got pregnant straight away before their period starts again? Am I at risk for getting pg so quick?

It's very early days for me, I'm trying to not even consider I'm having a baby until I get past at least 9/10 weeks.

Did anyone else feel like this?

Hi, hope you're ok! I had a loss in sept and caught again straight away, I've been feeling like you, over analysing everything! I went for my scan Thursday and although they said it's too early to check for abnormalities (going for another scan NYE) they said all looks ok! Seen a little heart beat, and it was stretching it's little arms out, it was sooooooo cute! It's such a hard time from when you get your positive to the scan, but my advice, keep busy, take your mind off it and just relax (if you can)
I truly believe that everything happens for a reason! This little baby is a sticky one for you I'm sure 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Pregnancy after mc is really frightening because you're constantly looking for the blood. But I was told after my mc that your more fertile and your body is better prepared for your second time.

As your pregnancy progresses hopefully you'll learn to relax and enjoy the pregnancy. I don't think you fullappreciate until you've had a mc how it affects subsequent ones.

The chances of a second mc are low and every week you're pregnant your chances of mc lower significantly. All the best
