I had 12 weeks off sick with pregnancy in a new ish job. Working from home, no contact from anybody in my team and nothing to do all day. My manager is pretty poor. But then I don’t work with civilians so that could explain it. I am going to take annual leave in March and then go on mat leave and I don’t think I’ll be going back after baby!

My line manager had a go at me for taking a extra 5 mins on my break
I've got PGP too so I have to walk a little slower to try not to cause pain
Also had a go at me because I had a quick sandwich on a shift where I wasn't entitled to a break , but I felt incredibly sick & also had permission from my supervisor

My senior management don't really acknowledge me in terms of pregnancy - sucks because I used to be a senior manager also & stepped down due to stress & falling pregnant

My OH wants me to return to work , in the probation period then leave so I don't have to pay any maternity pay back

You do see the true side to people when you fall pregnant

Good luck xx

Absolutely shit tbh!
One of my managers replied with 'FFS again!?', she wasn't even my manager when I had DD1.

I told them I was really struggling doing 2am starts and I wanted to drop a day (that I wasn't even contracted' and I was told no because the younger employees were going to uni.

I went off sick for 8 weeks because of how they treated me
