Stomach hardened/ contraction at 9 weeks pregnant should I be worried

Last few days have been quite busy for me, I've done lots of walking and activities which have been tiring. Yesterday evening I had a burger and I was fine for a few hours, until I started vomiting it all back out. I must have vomited 3 or 4 different times and the last vomit I did, I felt my stomach go all hard. I've not had any bleeding or lasting pain, I've woken up fine and not had a similar feeling. I only felt it when I vomited twice last nice, it was quite a painful sickness which sent a sharp pain across my abdominal all the way into my Breasts, I'm only 9 weeks and I'm not sure if I should be worried, this Morning I feel better, just some back pain with the physical exertion from the last two days. I looked online and some people have said it could be Braxton hicks contractions, but I'm not sure if it would be normal to get that as early at 9 weeks, please let me know if anyone else has had similar experiences and if you think this is normal? Thank you xx

I’d say it’s just from all the retching tbh.

Its unlikely to be Braxton Hicks. But vomiting and retching will make your stomach ache. I've had very similar and on one occasion pulled a back muscle from the throwing up. I wouldn't worry too much though but maybe take it easy for the next week :)

Agreed unlikely to be bh. Your uterus is barely poking above your pelvic bones at that stage (if at all!).
