Hi all

Driving myself crazy here, I am 28 weeks tomorrow, i know that if change in pattern to call midwife etc, how paranoid do i need to be as I worry all the time over every tiny thing, at the moment he seems to move more in morn and evening less in afternoon and if i am active I feel less, sometimes if i dont feel anything for half hr i have a snack and lay down, what is considered to be change in pattern if one morning he moves but next morning doesnt? Or does it mean if no movement felt in a certain space of time? Sorry to sound naive this is my first pregnancy all new to me

Thank you

Hi OP , I'm also 28 weeks , 29 tomorrow & I believe it's around the 28 week mark a pattern starts forming
It's also my first pregnancy so I assumed if there's no pattern , then something is wrong
I asked my midwife & she says as long as there is some form of pattern & regular kicks throughout the day then I'm fine

I've noticed over the last few days more of a pattern forming. Kicking in the morning when I wake up & also when I settle in bed
I'm sometimes get a few sporadic kicks & movement throughout the day if I've been active

If you're worried at all , ring your midwife or antenatal for advice Xxx

@1990fran
Hiya, I'm 28 weeks and there is still a lot of room in there, so I might not feel anything the entire day! All I judge it on is that 8-10pm she moves, so I don't worry about her inactivity all day and I just concentrate on the evening slot - as long as I feel her every evening, then I don't panic about the day xx
