Nausea 4 weeks pregnant

Hi - I am only 4 weeks + 1 day pregnant - I took a test last Friday as I had been feeling hot, sweaty, dizzy and sick - I did a first response which was a very strong line straight away.
I've done loads of other tests and all positive.

I didn't expect to have nausea this early - do you have any helpful tips to help? Short of stuffing my face 😂

Thanks so much!

Congratulations! Eat plain things little and often. I would eat dry biscuits in bed before getting up as being even slightly hungry will make you nauseous. Try and eat whatever you crave, in those first weeks of morning sickness, any calories are good calories Grin

Thank you @mum2bin2021

This is my first pregnancy - I wrongly assumed I would have no symptoms until 8 weeks or so 😳

I find that I'm literally always picking so definitely no danger of not eating 😂 I would just like to avoid being the size of a house if at all possible!

I have no cravings as of yet - praying it's something healthy 😬👀 xx

I had horrible all day/night nausea and had to keep eating whatever I felt like. I have woken up every night for weeks several times feeling sick/hungry! At first a few crackers did the trick but for a few weeks it has been cereal, sandwiches even a midnight omelette!
I'm now less nauseated but still waking up hungry. It doesn't matter what I eat in the day.
I've decided to try eating 4 meals a day & have one on hand at midnight.
Yes I'm worried about my weight but I exercise quite a bit & I'll try to make better choices now I'm not feeling sick (wk13). I really miss sleeping all night 😫

Oh & i found sipping sparkling water has been somewhat helpful

I am 7 weeks now, weirdly weeks 4-5 were much worse nausea-wise. Tonic water is the only thing that helped.
