How many raspberry leaf tea tablets should I take?

Currently 36 weeks and gradually increased up to just starting to take 3 tabs a day which is equivalent to 2,250mg dried raspberry leaf (750mg per tab), but now worried I could be taking too much? I have done lots of googling and can't seem to find specific amounts you should take. Does anyone have any literature on this or can share what they did (with tablets not teas please)?
Is it possible to take too much RLT? My tablets say not to take more than 2 a day, but I have heard multiple people saying they gradually worked up to taking 6-8 tabs? But obv I don't know how strong their tablets were! Please help 🙃

I took 2 tablets and 2 cups of the tea at the end. Definitely wouldn’t take 6

I really wouldn't take more than what the packaging recommends unless your Dr or midwife has explicitly told you too. If you're concerned, probably best to call your midwife

Ah okay, thank you for the replies. I was just worried about not taking enough for it to have enough of an effect after hearing how many tablets others were taking, but yes like I said I don't know the dosages and they may have been taking weaker tablets. It's weird I can't seem to find proper guidance on how many mgs is recommended 🧐
I will play it safe and stick to 2 then, thanks 👍
