Occasionally feel a bit blergh in the day but I'm really struggling with nausea in the evening.

It comes at around 6pm and I get really sick around this time. What can help? I really should be asleep but it's becoming impossible.

I was very similar. I tried making sure I didn't have a big evening meal, and eating early, say 5pm. Generally eating small meals/snacks more frequently (I was hungry but eating a normal portion seemed to make the sickness worse and it increased as the day went on). Drinking enough - I went off water but found I could manage iced tea and before that full fat coke (whatever I could stomach I had). If I was a bit dehydrated it made me more sick. Acid reflux definately added to my sickness, so gaviscon or something like that taken after eating and before bed may help. Mints - trebor extra strong or butter mints helped a bit. As did chewing gum.
I did use the sea sickness/nausea bands and they helped with the feeling of sickness but didn't stop me being sick. It just meant I had no warning, which was a bit upsetting. And I now desperately need my living room carpet properly cleaned. Shock
You could always have a chat with your gp. My midwife suggested I consider medication but I'm already taking other meds to maintain the pregnancy so I didn't want additional meds while I felt the sickness was manageable. If it had gone on much longer I would have spoken to my gp.
Hope it passes for you soon.

I had all day and night sickness for weeks - I don't know how far along you are but fingers crossed for you there is some improvement as you reach the end of the first trimester BrewCake.

I was up almost every night, often more than once, for water and a rich tea biscuit. Staying hydrated and keeping your blood sugar up by eating little and often, as per PP's suggestion, were the best methods I found. At 14+3 I'm now down to only once or twice a week haha Grin.

The seasickness bands worked for me, maybe it was a placebo effect, but worth a try!

Also I meant to say, little mixer cans of Canada Dry ginger ale were very helpful. But ginger biscuits didn't help me at all interestingly.

And again seconding PP about mints and gum, plus I'd recommend using mouthwash after eating especially if eating more often and overnight, I had such a bad taste in my mouth in early PG, or perhaps that taste is always there and I just couldn't tolerate it at that time, what a lovely thought!! Tell your doctor/midwife they'll give you some anti sickness medicine. My first trimester was absolutely awful never experienced anything like it in my life. I'd have to take a tablet as soon as I opened my eyes and lay there for half an hour for it to kick in every morning,if I didn't as soon as I would pull myself up on my bed I would be violently sick everywhere. The tablets wore off after a few hours so would have to keep taking them all day The sickness I felt was absolute hell I'm so glad it's passed

Also I tried every single remedy that there is out there to try and nothing worked. I couldn't eat at all for months it was terrible it actually changed my body so I hardly even eat now

I've felt the same this pregnancy. All day nausea coming at random times. Last week I had enough and spoke with my GP who prescribed anti sickness tablets. Whilst the dreaded nausea and gagging all over the place hasn't subsided completely, it has definitely helped.
