Risk assesment review at 33 weeks

I work in a hotel as a food and beverage assistant, I only do the 'early/breakfast' shift which is 8-4 as the risk assessment form says late working should be avoided, it works well for me having routine and not having an all over the place sleep pattern from doing diffrent time shifts.

I have a risk assessment review on monday. It's my first pregnancy I feel like I don't know what I should be suggesting or talking about and my boss is male and doesn't know anything about pregnancy. We go through the forms each time that's provided by the company (large company) and it's very quick.

Anyone work in a similar job and have any adaption suggestions? I am exhausted each day after work and do nothing when I get home other than lay on the sofa or in bed.

I don't want to feel like I'm being difficult. Some staff are supportive and doing everything they can to help me during work where as a certain few look at me as if to say your only pregnant just get on with it and don't support when I ask for help (for example moving a high chair, its hit and miss on who I ask to do it for me weather they accept the reason why I'm not doing it, they are bulky high chairs).

Also with the covid situation I did mention in passing conversation with the boss that I feel like some staff aren't taking it seriously enough and put myself and others at risk where it's not necessary. For example most mornings I'm on the coffee and toast station, to minimise my contact with guests, which is in a small room with a window that doesn't open very much. Staff will often come in and immediately take their mask off as they are out of customers view and make themselves a drink and often the housekeepers come in pairs having a chat whilst doing so with their mask off. The room is very small and 2 metres is not possible so masks should be worn at all times. I feel like I'm being an inconvenience mentioning it but it's not a nesasay risk to anyone, staff could be passing corona around not just the guests we wear masks and social distance where possible around!

I joined the company whilst pregnant so I already feel like I've been an inconvenience to them. I'm planning to work up to 38 weeks, from 36 weeks I have booked half day holidays so I will only be doing 4 hour shifts 8-12 or 12-4, depending where I'm needed on the day. I can't afford to leave any earlier.
