11 week private scan concern

I might be being crazy but went for a private scan today and the radiographer asked if we were planning the downs tests. It’s been playing on my mind and I’ve looked again at the pictures I got and now I’m panicking.

I’m obviously no expert but I’m concerned about this image.

Waiting on the scan company calling me back.

Hej girls I may be going crazy but I had scan on 11 weeks pregnant and I been asked if I’m planning Down syndrome and I’m trying look on pic what I got and I’m feel like is something not right !! Can anyone help me pleaseee
