Cleaning second hand toys

I've been given a second hand jumperoo, a second hand walker, and a second hand baby bath.

We won't need the jumperoo and walker straight away but they haven't been used for at least a year so could so with a bit of a clean. What's the best way to do it - antibacterial wipe, antibacterial spray, hot soapy water? I'd shove plastic toys in the dishwasher, but the jumperoo and walker use batteries so I can't do that.

I think the baby bath can have a wash with hot soapy water and be ok.

Jumperoo I machine washed seat part, it unclips. Anti bac wiped the main frame. The sort of click in toys, round the edge I put in dishwasher,

Baby walker same, seat in wash, wipe rest.

Bath as you say but I used it like once.

I found an angel care bath seat in big bath much much easier and no issues re where to empty it! Picked one up from Facebook second hand.

I always machine washed the bits that came off (most say they are machine washable, some say hand-wash so I used the hand-wash setting), the rest with a cloth and some warm soapy water (fairy liquid).

Any detachable toys got a Milton bath.
