I'm 22 weeks at the moment and the last few days I've been so uninterested in meals.. I will happily snack on fruit and salad stuff, I could eat cereal until it goes out of fashion. But also feel ok eating the crap I'm not suppose to (chocolate/popcorn) the closest thing to a meal I've eaten the last few days is a cooked Cornish pasty with beans or steak slice with beans and chips. I've caught a bit of a cold off my son too which is going round at nursery so wonder if it's this or the pregnancy thing. I know I need to eat better and more to accommodate the two babies I'm trying to grow but I just can't deal with meals, anyone else lose their appetite and did it come back or is it likely to just be my growing cold?

My appetite was much smaller when I was pregnant, I think because there was not so much room for large meals! Whenever I tried to eat a lot, I ended up in a lot of pain so it wasn’t worth it! Appetite went back to normal after the baby was born

Thank you ladies. I've gone into today with a positive outlook I may have had my biscuits first thing but I've managed some cereal and a croissant will fill my between meal times with plenty of water, I have left over chilli so will have that for lunch with some pasta and then some chicken or something for dinner. Even if I'm not feeling hungry I will try and eat at least half of e dry meal and make sure the meals aren't just shite. I always finish the day with a fresh banana milkshake so plenty of calcium there too as well as the banana.
Maybe if I try to enjoy making the food I might want to eat more of it? Who knows! Thank you for your replies and ideas of good ways to get the good in while enjoying the crap still it not to excess! xx
