Had my scan today, all ok! Weight estimated at 5lb 15 on the 35th centile, but head is on the 83rd centile 🙈. Thought I'd be more concerned about him being a big baby weight wise but now I'm thinking of a big head and my poor vajayjay 😂. Hoping she couldn't get accurate measurements because he was down very low 🙈

What were the other measurements abdominal circumstance and femur lenght?
I had a scan at 32 weeks and the weight was at 32 centile, FL 10%, AC 81% and HC 61% and I'm worried my baby will have big head and short legs. 🤷‍♀️🙈

Abdo 62nd, femur 28th....so yeah big headed, short legged baby 😂

I had my scan, baby is 6lb but head is on the 95%. Sonographer said is just because the head is already engaged and midwife seems to agree.

My son’s head was 95th centile at birth (his weight was 75th centile) and I survived 🤣. I had a small tear but it was a great labour. The midwives said it’s actually easier to give birth to babies with big heads as they have much better momentum and actually less likely to get stuck, so don’t panic!

Dds head was off the scale, birth was fine, a few little tears and stitches required honestly didn't give a fuck after the labour and zero pain afterwards.

Both my babies had huge heads (98th centile ish). Both quick vaginal births, some tearing with the first, very little with the second. I'm a very normal build, size 10 before getting pregnant both times.

Don't panic about these measurements (which could well be wrong anyway at this late stage), it really doesn't mean you'll have a difficult birth.
