Help!
I am 3 weeks post c section and no knickers are comfy. Currently wearing high waisted full knickers but they are that lycra type material and basically ride up my bum all day! Normal knickers sit on my scar so can’t wear them.
Suggestions really appreciated please! X

I am a year post c-section and I still wear massive pants I can not have anything resting on my scar. I just wear the cheap elasticated type full briefs from supermarkets or Marks & Spencer’s. I find you have to be really exact with the sizing if they are slightly to small or big they Will move about.

I had a EMCS with my DD and I recommend M and S midi briefs I find them quite genereous so size down but they don't ride up and don't sit on my scar

I am approx size 12, but bought size 24 M&S full briefs - they were great. I also stuck a sanitary towel in the front of them (horizontally to my tummy) for extra protection for my scar.

Big massive pants.

Just total granny bloomers.

I’ve had 3 CS’ and it was the biggest grannies pants from Asda that did me every time. Go up one or two sizes. Unless you have an unusually high up incision any full brief in a 5 pack from any supermarket will do.

Ashamed to say that DD is now 16 months and I’m still using my “Primark Giants” now.

Enormous primark knickers that sit above your scar. The biggest knickers you can find really. In black. My DS is 2.5 and I still wear them as nighttime knickers Grin

This. Some three years later, still wear enormous supermarket pants. I’ve had to wear a pair of ‘before baby’ pants a couple of times in emergency & still cat bear anything resting over the scar. Ymmv tho, but short term, big, cheap, cotton pants.

I had big supermarket Granny pants.

But I also splashed out of some special csection pants. They are pricey but fantastic: www.johnlewis.com/cantaloop-caesarean-section-briefs-pack-of-2-white-black/p587769

I wore them for months and months after, and will wear them again after my section coming up in 3 months

Trailing1 · 20/07/2020 21:51

Asds full briefs. Not much to look at but did the job.

Magicbabywaves · 20/07/2020 21:52

Like the picture but from Sainsbury’s. Got them in a 14 when I’m a 10.

Dazedandconfused28 · 20/07/2020 21:59

Sorry, didn't mean to pist that 4 times Confused

TokyoSushi · 20/07/2020 22:01

Yep, massive cotton supermarket 'full briefs.' DD is now 7, and I'm still wearing them! Blush
