Hello all,
I’m 6 weeks + 3 days pregnant with my third pregnancy after 2 previous miscarriages at 5 weeks, so even getting to this point feels like an achievement.

For the last three mornings after not great nights sleep I’ve woken up feeling nauseous but have never actually been sick.

I had a good night sleep last night but concerned now as I don’t seem to feel as nauseous. Boobs are still slightly tender and I’ve lots of saliva.

Can levels of morning sickness fluctuate depending on how well you have slept?

I know I’m probably over worrying and over thinking things, just feeling anxious that it’s a early sign of miscarriage...

I'm 12 weeks and my morning sickness came and went all the time so don't worry. In fact, at 9 weeks I panicked because all my symptoms disappeared and, like you, I'd had previous miscarriages so was worried. Had an early scan, all was well and then all my symptoms came back.
I feel nauseous at different times every day and some days not at all.
I hope that helps. X

Yes definitely - mine was always worse after a bad night. Was often at random times during the day. First child I was extremely sick for the first 16 weeks, second one I was only sick three times but felt sick right up until the birth.

In both pregnancies I've been sick/nauseated at any time of the day. With my first I had a couple of weeks where I was sick half way through my evening meal every day.

Yes - with this one I often feel most sick at 7pm when it is time to do bath and books for my toddler. I am tired and hungry.

I have found that plenty of sleep helps and don't go to look between meals - so plenty of small meals and snacks between.

Eating too much also doesn't help!

Calling it morning sickness is a lie! I always felt worse in the afternoon as I was tired. It seemed to magically lift at 12/13 weeks.
