I have two friends that took the. For one they worked a little bit, for the other, not at all. I would take them. If I ever get pregnant again I would definitely try them especially if you have other children that need looking after

Hi, yes some anti sickness tablets are safe to take. Contact your gp and he/she will be able to prescribe you some. I started off with cyclizine which tends to be a milder/lower med (also for hay fever) and that worked for me in one of my pregnancies. However in other pregnancies it did not work so I had to try a few different ones. You may need to do the same. Good luck

I took cyclizine during my first trimester and still take it occasionally in my third trimester. There are a few safe anti sickness meds available, speak to your gp.

My GP prescribed metoclopromide, which is helping. It seems to reduce the nausea to about 50% which makes it much more manageable. Eating constantly (every hour) also makes a big difference. Earlier on I had to force myself to eat as the thought of food made me more nauseous, but that subsided at about 9 weeks. For me weeks 6-8 were the worst, before I started taking metoclopromide.

I had severe sickness from 6-26 weeks in this pregnancy.

Ondansetron (zorfran) was the only thing that worked. It was like a miracle.

Before that I tried metaclopromide and cyclizine - they were both next to useless.
