Hi guys

How did you guys find out the gender before a scan or blood test?

I have a strong feeling I'm having a little girl. This is due to my hormones, moods and terrible morning sickness. A lot of people I know who have gone to have girls have told me they've experienced the same thing but with a boy they're pregnancy was easier and didn't experience what they had when they'd had a little girl.

I know this cannot be confirmed without a blood test or ultrasound but what made you know the sex of your baby and was you accurate?

I just had a strong feeling, I would’ve been surprised if he turned out to be a girl, not everyone gets this feeling though and all the old wives tales indicated I was having a girl but I just didn’t think I was x

I can finally confirm this was the case for me. I had a strong feeling and it was true

How lovely congratulations!

Mine will be confirmed by a scan.
Early hopes are it's a boy, and so far very easy so some of the old wives tales fit with me.
Find out Sunday (hopefully)

I had a strong feeling every time. Was always wrong!

Poppyismyfavourite · 14/10/2020 12:06

I had a feeling it was a girl, and was right. But that was obviously not based on anything concrete so I wouldn't have been too surprised if I'd been wrong!

I have a feeling I'm having a boy, not based on anything, just keep having dreams about having a little boy but it's completely 50/50 so we will see!

I’ve had two boys and felt great with both of them. Well, I say great I felt very fatigued but never felt sick. I’m rarely ever sick with vomiting in general so it didn’t surprise me that I was lucky when pregnant. I’m pregnant with #3 and this time I had debilitating nausea. I wasn’t physically sick but had days where I couldn’t move out of bed for fear of it, I felt like I was going down a motorway backwards. I had a feeling it might be a girl as the pregnancy was so different to my two boys. I had a private scan last week and was told I am actually having girl! If this had been my first pregnancy and I had nothing to compare it too I’m not sure I’d have thought it was a girl though.

Having a girl but though it was going to be a boy.

I know loads of people with boys who had terrible sickness! You’ll find out at your scan Grin

I didn't want to find out until the birth as I think it's far nicer to wait, so we did. I did have a feeling I was having a boy though, and I did.

I had a strong feeling I was having a boy the first time round. My pregnancy was easy, I looked really well and I was sleeping lots and having dreams I had a baby boy. He was born in June 2017 & id been right all along!

Am 11 weeks with our second & the pregnancy has been v different. I also have a feeling this one is a girl, although I’m not sure if this time it’s wishful thinking!
