Flying long-haul pregnant

Has anyone flown long-haul whilst pregnant? Trying to plan when to begin TTC baby number 3, and we have family wedding in NZ next year, so depending on when we TTC could possibly be pregnant for the flight (with 3yo twin dcs). First pregnancy was fine, very little sickness and no complications but know it can vary between pregnancies. Just wondering others experiences of long-flights when pregnant as it may affect our decision!

I did half that distance at about 15 weeks with an 18th month old (2 flights)
It was fine - we did buy DS a seat to give us a bit more space.
A friend did Middle East to Aus at 34 weeks, with a toddler. It was a needs must situation, but I dont think she'd actively choose to do it again!

I wouldnt want to be too far along. It sounds it's a trip you have done before, so more accustomed to it. I think I would ttc to be less than 6 months for the return flight - but I had 2 very easy pregnancies, and carried a pretty neat bump.

Thanks for replying @RedCatBlueCat it's not a flight I've done before as it's DH's side of the family. Longest I've flown is to Italy so I'm not sure on how I'll find it (especially with toddler twins). We definitely wouldn't want to fly with me being more than 6 months pg, but could fly with a newborn if we started TTC pretty soon. My thinking is if we fly with me pg it's my burden, but if we fly with a young baby it's a shared burden with DH and family.

This is all hypothetical of course as who knows if we'll be allowed in with the COVID situation!
