Not many tips to be honest but I can totally sympathise. It's awful.

Just be kind to yourself, eat what you can manage when you can manage it (I lived almost entirely off salted crisps and fizzy sweets in the first trimester), drink plenty so you don't get dehydrated and seek help from your GP if it gets too much.

@sel2223 ah I know it's awful and thank you I'm going to try some ginger biscuits apparently they are suppose to help so worth a try haha! Thank you for the reply

Ginger biscuits didn’t do anything for me.

I found sour food easiest to manage and masking sure I never ever got hungry as that’s when the worst nausea would be.

Sour foods like Greek yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, pineapple, feta cheese on a salad...

I'm so sorry you're going through this, people often underestimate how horrendous morning sickness can be. I suffered terribly while carrying DD1 for nearly 20 weeks and there were days when I honestly didn't know how much longer I would be able to do it. It was like having the worst hangover I've ever had + food poisoning. On a boat. Bleurgh.
In terms of suggestions, I'm afraid the only tip I have is to keep salt and vinegar rice cakes next to the bed to put in your mouth as soon as you wake up; that used to buy me half an hour before the vomiting started! That, and ginger sweets (hard boiled ones, you can get them from Holland and Barrett, they taste like gingery barley sugars). It will pass, but it is so horrible while you're going through it. I would rather go through childbirth 10 times than deal with the morning sickness again!

Visit your GP and get anti sickness tablets. You don’t have to suffer and they do help!

Yes, mine came and went, although it was pretty consistent between weeks 7 and 11.
It's normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go.

No symptoms. I was sick from the moment I fell pregnant to when I gave birth, even in theatre as they were prepping me for EMCS

Rice cakes - I had a mix of salt and vinegar and some extra protein ones.
Tinned fruit or fruit in general, tinned was good as it was easier to eat small amounts throughout the day.
I could only stomach fizzy drinks.
The biggest difference was getting cyclizine from my gp
