Hey, just looking for a bit of reassurance/honest experiences if possible, I'm really worried :(

I am currently 12dpo have had good progression on FRER with clear positives since 10dpo, which I am grateful for as we have been TTC our first child for over 18 months now. Since I got the positive result I've had cramping, very very similar to period pains, some twinges and general aching/cramping around the uterus area. No bleeding.

Has anyone had similar? If so, did it turn out good or bad? And how long did it last?

Xx

Hey there OP.

I had cramping right up until I was about 12 weeks pregnant. It's usually everything stretching and getting into place. My cramps used to floor me they were that painful and I used to dread going to the loo in fear of seeing blood. It's quite common and no one tells you that you get period pains all through pregnancy I felt cheated!!! 🤣

That being said, if you do have any other symptoms or you are bleeding etc. Or even if you're just really worried, Ring your midwife. 💕

Same, my cramps have been on and off since my bfp and I’m 11 weeks now. They were more frequent and felt just like period cramps for the first couple of weeks.

My cramps were my first pregnancy sign. Just like period / ovary pain except they lasted a lot longer. They cleared up at about 5 weeks. I was worried and went to the doctor, she said that your body is totally confused and nothing is abnormal or normal at such an early stage. I'm now 37 weeks. Try not to worry Smile
