Just curious at 8dpo having some popping (they were super distinct- 5 to be exact over about 2 mins) and slight tingles in my uterus area and curious if any of you all felt similar? Thanks. Congrats to all of you ❤️

Not felt in uterus, but in my head all of a sudden a switch flipped and i knew i was pregnant to the point i wanted to scream it,,tested early as i was so sure.my second baby, didnt feel it with the others.

My friends daughter had bad pains thought apendicitis. 3 weeks later she gets a positive.

kirsty0028 · 29/05/2020 13:48

@Imonlydoingwhatican oh that's so interesting!!!! The fact that you just knew! I hope your pregnancy is going well!?

Also brill that you're friend got her bfp 🥰

I just got the feeling now again as I'm typing like a sharp pain! 🤞 if I was to imagine what it might feel like I'd imagine it would feel like this so here's hoping I'm not just crazy!

I've read articles that state that feeling the process of implantation is impossible. Having said that though the month I fell pregnant I distinctly remember feeling several sharp shooting/stabbing sensations very low down behind my pubic bone whilst sat at my desk one day, it was a sensation I've never felt before. Found out I was pregnant shortly after and my baby is due today!

kirsty0028 · 29/05/2020 13:53

@Lindor2828 aw congrats!! How are you feeling??? That makes me so happy and excited Cos they genuinely are weird pains that feel exactly like what you said you had, they were so distinct I could count them. I know it's a long shot but Do you remember how many dpo you were finding out vs when you had those feelings?

I can't say for sure but it must have been around 8-10 days post ovulation as I know I was in work when it happened and we then went on holiday and I got my positive then Smile

Thank you, I'm feeling fine, just a little impatient now and can't wait to meet my baby!Smile

I really hope this is it for you!!

kirsty0028 · 29/05/2020 14:12

@Lindor2828 ah that gives me great hope! I hope this is it for me!

I'm so excited for you!!!! Are you having a boy or a girl or a surprise!!?

For all my pregnancies I've felt implantation... Really mild sharp pain on one side down near ovaries. Could also feel the pain more when walking. Every time I've felt this sharp pain I've been pregnant

kirsty0028 · 29/05/2020 14:22

@minkies fantastic how long did it last. I got it while walking around kitchen earlier on the phone to my mom and literally almost said ow down the phone 😂 🤞 is feeling it on the left side near my ovary but defo not my ovary if that makes sense. In the very centre lower abdomen and slightly to the left. All my lower back pain was in my left side and ovary pain after ovulation was left 🥰🥰🥰

I was sitting on my sofa late at night watching TV and felt cramps not as strong as period cramps but definite cramps and period wasn’t due any time soon so knew I was pregnant. A week or so later I got a positive test :)

StoneSourFan · 29/05/2020 14:29

I didn't feel anything but had implantation spotting. That's when I knew! I hadn't had spotting before and after a few years I was like.. this is it! Xx

kirsty0028 · 29/05/2020 14:31

@mecabag I had this yesterday and today it has turned into pops or shooting spikey kinda pain. But just slight cramping yesterday. All day my boobs were sore but my boobs have returned to normal now and my pain has changed slightly! 🤞 thanks for replying ❤️😊🥰 hope your pregnancy is going good

I felt it last time - as you said, I felt weird popping in my lower stomach and jabbing pains in my vagina. They felt so different from period pains and I just knew straightaway that I was pregnant. Can't quite remember but it was roughly a week to 10 days after ovulation.

Good luck!

otterbaby · 29/05/2020 14:54

Oh, and I was so sure I tested every morning from about 5 days before I was due...but only got my BFP on the day my period was due!

Pinkblueberry · 29/05/2020 14:58

I didn’t know it at the time. My periods were usually fairly regular but I thought I was having period cramps even though I wasn’t expecting one, I even went out to buy tampons (was on holiday), but then no period. Two weeks later when I was actually expecting my period I tested positive.

Spied · 29/05/2020 15:02

I felt stabbing pains behind my pubic bone and I also had a heaviness/dropping sensation.

Mucklowe · 29/05/2020 15:34

I felt an electric shock in my uterus area that stopped me in my tracks.

Imonlydoingwhatican · 29/05/2020 15:52

Thanks shes 11 now and still making her presence felt. Had another baby since

PippinStar · 29/05/2020 15:53

I woke in the middle of the night with very bad period-type pains, nowhere near when my period was due. I took a test 3 days later and it was positive.

BeHappyAndSmile · 29/05/2020 17:12

About 5 days before I was due I felt an intense, sharp cramping very much like period pain but didn't last anywhere near as long. 2 days later got a very faint positive. But up until that point I hadn't even realised I was coming up to my period because I didn't get the usual cramping and sore boobs etc. I thought that cramp was it starting until I woke up on the day I did the test with an overwhelming thought that I had to do one. I'd been and bought pads and whatnot the day before because it was so unexpected.

Foreverbaffled · 29/05/2020 20:16

Scratchy feeling in front of uterus! Only other time I’ve felt that was when I fell pregnant with DS. I knew I was pregnant the minute I felt that again. Good luck!

TeaAddict235 · 29/05/2020 20:24

I'm sure that the person or people who said that implantation cannot be felt were all men.

I have felt twangs and cramps every time before taking a test and until taking a test to confirm pregnancy. Like pp said, I have felt cramps, or felt distinct pulling (like when stretching an elastic band slightly), and these have happened every few days. And whoa and behold I have been expecting.

HopeWish · 29/05/2020 21:23

I woke up suddenly in the middle of the night with a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Got a positive test 3 days later...

kirsty0028 · 30/05/2020 17:37

Thanks so much for all the replies guys these are so helpful. Got a bfn this morning on an amazon cheapie but I am only 9dpo so I'm gonna get a First response later and try to rest in the morning at 10 dpo!!! Still very early but here's hoping what I felt was the same as all of you guys 😊🥰

I had mild period pains that kinda achy pins and needle like sensation. There were on and off for couple of days I thought my period was coming so was checking in toilet, obviously it didnt and I just knew I was pregnant!
