Hi all, a week today since I found out, today think I'm 5 +4 weeks. Been knackered, little nauseous, not sleeping etc. Last night I did a really long fast walk (I am usually quite fit) but had sludgy brown discharge when I got home, nothing since, no pain.
I had a great sleep and feel fantastic today! No nausea, my boobs feel much better (that was my main symptom that made me suspect pregnancy) and full of energy. This week would be the week I'd usually ovulate so would this still make a difference? Should I be worried about lack of symptoms. Should I just enjoy feeling good today?!

Did you get a positive pregnancy test result?

It's normal for symptoms to come and go, doesn't mean that something is wrong. Just keep an eye on discharge and cramping.

It is also normal to get spotting - I did in my forst pregnancy and everything was ok. Just keep an eye and if you're concerned, get it checked out.

I could have written this OP! I’ve been quite lucky and only had mild symptoms, and some days I feel great. On those days I convince myself something awful has happened!

The thing is, it’s very normal for pregnancy symptoms to come and go, so try not to let it worry you. Even when I did have sickness, some days I would be absolutely fine.

Thanks @SKP86 @zscaler
I have just done a test and the test line was darker than the control line so no mistaking that!
I'll just try and enjoy feeling like this whilst it lasts. Been so sceptical about this going well haven't even phoned a midwife for an appointment!
