Just that really.. I am pregnant and have a Reception aged child. Some parents are saying absolutely not, some are fine with it. So many factors to consider; local infection rates, death rates, schools measures yet to be put in place, availability of antibody tests....
We are on the fence and still discussing, leaning towards a No to avoid risk. Any thoughts..?

I'm 18/40, have a 2 year old who has continued to go to childminder throughout this all as I'm a key worker (NHS doctor) and I couldn't keep working, even if it is from home, while looking after him. He's the only child there so minimal exposure to other families currently, but even when the other children return I'll keep him there as I find it's far better for both of us mentally - he really loves it there and I'm a better mum for having the support. I don't think there's a right answer - depends on your individual circumstances. My pregnancy is also classed as high risk due to underlying mental illness which I'm convinced would worsen without our current childcare, which in turn would impact on the unborn baby.

I'm also in a similar situation. I have a reception child and yr1 child and will be having a csection end of June and concerned if there Is a second spike it would be just before my section or at same time... I dont know the risks and if I'm in a riskier position having had a section and was also curious if anyone knew?
