Slightly wobbly / shaky at 30 weeks?

I'm 30wks and have noticed just this week that I'm having moments of feeling a bit wobbly / shaky / when I need to sit down. Often happens when I'm standing cooking. Nothing major but similar to first trimester. I'm eating properly and blood pressure was checked last week- has always been excellent.

Is this standard?

Hey @norwegiandays have you had your 28 week bloods done? They should check for glucose as you may be low on iron and need supplements?
I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and I get like this sometimes but soon as I've had something sweet/sugary I seem to be ok or sometimes even just a big glass of water..
I think sometimes it's easy to forget to actually drink a lot more than we normally would! X

Thanks @Sophie1326, yes I have had my bloods done and all is good. My iron levels are excellent as is my blood pressure. I am also a water fiend and drink 3-4L a day. So that's why I'm not unduly worried but I just wondered if this is commonplace. It is usually when standing. x

I had this at 30 weeks and I passed out standing up on a packed train 🙈
It was blood pressure for me. It was fine when sat having the blood pressure monitored but when standing I would feel light headed.

Thanks @ofwarren - how did you find out it was blood pressure - did you get it checked at your antenatal?

My blood pressure was always "normal" at tests but on the lower side.
I told the midwife that I was feeling faint on standing and she said it was blood pressure dipping.
