I was just wondering how many of you are actually going out for your hours daily exercise. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and have mainly been in for the past 7 weeks, we have a garden so on nice days we've been using that but I've only occasionally been going out for a walk (maybe once or twice a week and definitely not every week) and then once a week I take my husband food shopping as he doesn't drive and I sit in the car. What I'm worried about is the risk as obviously it's more than likely you are going to meet people on the way and also as I'm nearing my third trimester is it advised then not to leave the house at all?

My daily walks are my favourite part of lockdown! I'd go stir crazy without them. I'm 25+5 weeks, and Mon-Fri I walk 30-45 mins after I finish work (wfh full time), then Saturday and Sunday I do a longer 1 - 2 hour walk. Really enjoying keeping track of how far I'm walking on my google maps.

Glad you made this post actually ! Congratulations on your pregnancy . I’m 24 weeks on Saturday with my first baby and I’m high risk pregnancy so haven’t left the house in 6 weeks almost. I try and do 20 mins a day of Pilates and yoga and potter round the house but definitely feel like I should do more and do feel bad for the baby but I’ve been so unwell with UTI’s and stuff that I’ve wanted to take it easy. Baby is fine according to my 20 week scan and she’s moving around all day , I’m also spot on a healthy bmi so I am trying to not feel too guilty !
