Basically a while back took morning after pill with 24hours after unprotected sex. Thought all was good but then panicked so took a pregnancy test at 8 and 15 weeks both came back negative. Does this definitely mean I am not pregnant? Just concerned as don’t know if taking home tests later on can affect the accuracy?

I’m a bit confused - you took Preg tests 8 weeks and 15 weeks after you took the ECP do you mean? If negative, I’d be reassured - have you not had a period?

Yes 2 negatives at 8 and 15 weeks after ECP.
I’m on the pill so don’t get regular periods, but I have doubts as to how effective it was as I had taken a few quite late in the week leading up to intercourse. I am still bleeding in my break weeks which I’ve read is sometimes a sign you are not pregnant?

At 15 weeks pregnant your hcg levels would be soaring so it would be very, very unusual (don't want to say impossible as I'm no doctor) for the test not to pick this up. Best to see a doctor if you're worried though :)

How late you can take the pill and still be covered depends on your specific pill, for some you have a 2h window and others it's 12h. It might be worth seeing if you can find specifics for your pill to put your mind at ease or of it is one of the pills with a 2h window look at ways to improve when you take it (alarms etc) or speak to your prescribing health care professional about other contraception methods which might suit you better.
Have you had any pregnancy symptoms? By 15 weeks most women will have had some, I would trust the negative tests if I was you.

You’re not pregnant. But - several good and more reliable options for contraception than the pill, worth a chat with your GP? And they can also arrange a pregnancy test for you to put your mind at ease :)
