Kicks too low

Hi ladies..
I have got a question.. I am 20+3 weeks now and I can feel our little one kicking for couple of weeks.. but it was usually bellow the belly button.. however, since last week he started to kicking on his "usual spot" as well as in my pelvic area around pubic bone. Yesterday I felt him to kick in my bladder..Hmm is this ok to feel him that low already? I was thinking it supposed to be later in pregnancy and now he should be positioned in upper abdomen..? Is it also possible that these kicks are nothing else than round ligaments "pulsing"?

Thanks a lot SmileThanks

I’ve had this too since around 20 weeks kicking my bladder! I’m now 26 weeks and is still kicking the bladder sometimes! I think it may be the way the baby is positioned but would be interested to see what others say too :).

At 20 weeks the top of your uterus is about in line with your bellybutton. You can feel movements anywhere from that point downwards. Baby will have lots of room to jump about at this stage and may bounce entirely from top to bottom or side to side.

I'm 26 weeks and I feel loads of big kicks right down on my bladder and cervix, I wasn't aware this wasn't the norm? I also feel kicks or punches above my belly button or around my sides but majority are really down low

Your uterus won't have expanded into your upper abdomen yet so they can't kick up there. Soon you'll get kicks and jabs and headbutts in your ribs, bladder and side simultaneously.

Thanks 😊 I was searching on google before when it started and it said that it shouldn't be, unless it's close 40 weeks.. and if it's earlier it could be a sign of premature labour.. so I am less concerned now.. thank you SmileSmile
